EEM students are subject to the Education and Training Student Regulations with the approval of their advisors in taking courses. The responsibility for taking courses belongs to the student. Advisors are expected to meet with students. EEM students take 30 ECTS courses in their own semesters. Students with a 2.50 GPA (without a retake) can take courses from the previous semester if they wish. Students with a retake can take 30 ECTS + 2 courses. Students who are in the process of finishing in the following 2 semesters can take +2 more courses with the decision of the Board of Directors. 3rd year students can take Internship 1 and Internship 2 courses in the same semester if they are suitable. They can complete Internship 2 after completing Internship 1 and being deemed sufficient. Internships are held in the summer semester and the application calendar is determined by the Department Internship and Industrial Relations Commission. Students who have completed 8 semesters can complete the Internship 2 course they previously took and failed in the 9th semester if deemed appropriate.
Double Major Course Registration
Students must complete 240 ECTS by adapting equivalent courses in the EEM curriculum. The responsibility belongs to the student. Starting from lower classes, they can take courses they did not take in their own department for up to 30 ECTS. 30% English is applied in 1. education
Minor Course Registration
Students can take courses in the Minor Program with up to 18 ECTS credits. The responsibility belongs to the student.
ERASMUS/FARABi/MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM Course Registration
Course taking/dropping procedures must be carried out together with the Department Exchange Programs Coordinator. The Exchange Programs Coordinator must be contacted.
Graduate Program
Postgraduate programs consist of at least 7 courses, two of which are mandatory, a seminar, a specialization area and a thesis study. 120 ECTS credits are required for M.Sc. and 240 ECTS credits are required for PhD. Students must determine their thesis advisors and prepare the advisor notification form (YL01 or D01) during the semester they start. Students are expected to take elective courses according to the guidance of their advisors according to their fields of study. Seminar and Specialization Area courses cannot be taken without an advisor assignment.
